Welcome to VPS Rail Services

VPS Rail Services is a French limited liability company founded by Vincent Smith in 2018 with the objective of providing consulting services to clients in the railway sector.  The company currently functions as a vehicle for its founder to handle freelance assignments and does not employ other collaborators.  Vincent can, however, mobilize other independent consultants to form ad hoc working groups on an as-needed basis.

The company is based in southwest France and Vincent travels worldwide for site visits and other meetings.
